Retention

Data gathered over the past 12 years shows that teachers who have participated in our program stay in the profession longer than the state and national averages.  More than 90% of our participants have continued teaching for at least three years, and many have become leaders in their schools and districts.  Teachers who complete our program report having a renewed passion for teaching.

Reach

We work with schools and teachers across Arizona, including in rural districts.  Teachers outside of the Tucson area access our courses in real-time and interactively via distance learning technologies -- we bring Teachers in Industry to you! 

Economy

On average, teachers in our program earn $6,000-$10,000 from their summer work experience with our partners.  This not only provides a considerable financial boost for our teachers, but it also has a direct economic impact on our local and state economy.
